You’ve Probably Never Heard 1 Single Word About the CEO of Nordstrom. Here’s the Surprising Reason Why

When it comes to mythical customer service stories, Nordstrom has one of the best ever. While it sounds too good to be true, two of Nordstrom’s co-presidents promised a few years ago that it really happened.

It goes like this: A man walks into Nordstrom and says he wants to return a set of tires. A clerk looks at the price on the tires and promptly gives him his money.

The only problem is that Nordstrom doesn’t sell tires. Never has. But the story endures as a symbol of the idea that at Nordstrom the customer is always right.

I’ve shared these views before, but I usually do so in the winter, to show the snowpack. I thought it might be interesting to a few people to see what these views look like in the late summer when there aren’t 4-6 feet of snow on the ground. 
A very large number of people, when they think of Montana, get a false impression that this state is normally cold. That is true in January and February, but during the summer, it gets quite hot, which is great because it causes plants and wildlife to flourish.

MORRISTOWN, New Jersey (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump on Sunday said he did not want the United States to do business with China’s Huawei even as the administration weighs whether to extend a grace period for the company.

WASHINGTON, Aug 19 — President Donald Trump acknowledged the old day that he had spoken with Apple Inc’s Chief Govt Tim Put together dinner about the affect of US tariffs on Chinese language imports as neatly as competitors from South Korean company Samsung Electronics Co Ltd.
