-Fruits such as orange, grapefruit , tangerine, kiwi, cantaloupe, pineapple, watermelon, blackberries, blueberries, mango, strawberries, papaya , raspberries
-Vegetables such as tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, cabbage, red pepper, turnip, spinach, other leafy vegetables
 
These foods should be eaten fresh in different dishes or drinking juice with any of these fruits or vegetables.
It is important to eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables in order to have an adequate daily intake of vitamin C.
Nor should we exaggerate consumption of vitamin C as it is harmful to the body.
Vitamin C is necessary for both children and adults to prevent diseases or changes in health.
